The service was great. The shop and inside the dealership was very clean. I have been a customer at Sierra Motors for over 25 years and so has my family. Great dealership and Service Department. Strongly recommend for your Service and Sales needs!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! I was given a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. They kept me informed as to what was going on with my car. And the snacks are stellar!

We like the car very much, the experience of buying the car was good, but the price of the car listed on their website was $30,000, and after the fact when I went home and looked at the paperwork, I was able to figure out that they charged us $32,000 for the car, now we never actually discussed the price of the car during the process at all and I just assumed that the price they listed on their website was the price we were buying the car for, So I’m not super happy overall.

Jeremey, Thanks for taking the time to respond to the survey regarding your recent purchase. I'm sorry for the confusion about the selling price, but you did, in fact, pay $30,000 as it was advertised. The price online reflects the combination of our discount and the cash incentive from VW. On your paperwork, we are required to disclose the incentive separately so if you look at it you will see the selling price of $32000 less a rebate of $2000. We probably should have done a better job going through the numbers with you, but you did pay the price you thought you were paying. We look forward to seeing you and your Taos in 10,000 miles for your first complimentary maintenance. Sincerely, George Honiotes General Manager Sierra Volkswagen
