    The courteous treatment of the customer and efficient manner in which your vehicle is handled are greatly appreciated, also the friendly and straightforward way that concerns or questions are addressed and handled is very nice. The facility itself is also very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

    The customer service rep that checked me in had the worst attitude. Her tone was very aggressive and accusatory and I will never come back to that location. I also don’t think any effort was put into diagnosing my vehicle issue and now I have an appointment somewhere else.

    Rebecca, I am very, very sorry about the treatment you received during your recent service visit. When the majority of responses are 5 star ratings, it is jarring to receive one star. When we deserve it, it is particularly hard to swallow. I do appreciate that you took the time to answer the survey because feedback is the only way we can improve. Based on your experience and internal follow up conversations, that advisor no longer works here. It does appear that we took the proper first steps to determine why your coolant level was low. Unfortunately, the visual inspection and pressure test of the system did not reveal the source of the problem and further diagnostics are necessary. I hope that the issue gets resolved soon.     Went in for an oil change and the oil technician/worker hit something with my vehicle and scratched the back end. I did not receive an apology nor did management address the situation with me. I was told by service advisor that I could come back on a Friday to receive paintless dent work.
